I am currently recruiting a Credit Controller role to work for a facilities company based in Central London, close to Holborn station.

Client Details
My client is a leading facilities company based in Central London. They have won and maintain major contracts across London and the South East.

Due to growth and a backlog of work building they are looking to hire an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis.

My client is looking for someone with 3-5 years experience who can work independently but also part of a team with facilities experience.

Description

Credit Controller, London

Work on the aged debtors for the business maximising cash collection and minimising overdue amounts
Work closely with consultants and contractors to maintain a smooth billing process
Rectify errors on portals / party pay & bill system.
Liaise with legal & compliance to ensure AR customer setup is correctly completed.
Ensure all invoices are approved in line with the delegation of authority.
Resolve AR queries by liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
Reconciling statements, problem solving and managing the escalations
Build strong client relationships, have challenging conversations and confidence to push for a resolution
Involved in continuous improvements to internal processes and credit policies
Other general administrative tasks as required.

Profile
Facilities experience is advantageous.
