An opportunity has arisen to work in one of the city of London's finest Venues as an Event Coordinator and Diary Manager.
Key Responsibilities of the Event Coordinator and Diary Manager:
- Record client event request Menus and Event logistics
- Support the Events Team working within budgets and tracking costs effectively
- Effectively communication with the wider team to ensure event coordination is to the highest standard
- Lead team briefing meetings
- Record and Invoice the Sales Accounts
- Promoting the Venue liaison with Clients
- Day to Day Management of the operation
- Recording Bookings and Sales
Key Skills and Experience of the Event Coordinator and Diary Manager:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with a track record of delivering to schedules.
- You will have successful time management skills and be organised and detail focused, with the ability to handle high pressure requests.
- You will be a proactive problem solver, who can prioritise deadlines to deal with changing requirements.
- You will take an active approach to raising questions, concerns and issues, and be a phenomenal teammate, who can work alone and collaborate with others.
- With excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, you will work seamlessly with a diverse team, and have strong collaboration skills, adjusting your communication style to different audiences, including senior executives.

Our client is an experienced catering company who have been established almost 20 years.
Based in central London, they handle a wide range of events - from intimate dinners to sit-down meal for hundreds.
