We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced conveyancing secretary.Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support to the conveyancing Solicitor
- Audio typing
- Effectively communicating with clients, agents, Solicitors, Land Registry etc
- Filing
- Diary management
- Open, maintain and close files in accordance with the firm's procedures
- Supporting other legal secretaries within the firm during busy periods
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience as a conveyancing legal secretary (minimum of two years)
- Audio typing
- Experienced in dealing with Land Registry, other legal firms and clients
- Knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent timemanagement and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and work on own initiative
Please note that as an experienced conveyancing legal secretary is required for this role, only those who meet the above criteria will be considered.
