We're looking for someone to join our clients growing team and help one of the fastest-growing SME lenders, through their next phase of growth.


This role is fully on-site working Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm in Central London (nearest stations are Bond Street & Oxford Circus). You will be rewarded with a salary between £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience Plus commission

What you'll be doing


We are recruiting for a Collections Team Leader (working directly under the Head of Collections & Recoveries) to manage collections cases and assist in building out and managing the growing team with potential growth to a Managerial / Head of department position.

You will need to be well positioned to improve and enhance their collections policies, as well as assisting the Head of Collections & Recoveries with growing the collections team.


Requirements & Skills

  • Previous experience in debt collection is a
    MUST:
  • Previous team leadership / management experience would be an
    _advantage _but is not a requirement
  • Selfstarter and comfortable with working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A very strong phone manner, an ability to think on your feet, and being a good listener.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with strong time management skills.
