Coordinate all Hillingdon Training Hub events (this includes HHCP Induction) from start to finish including the management/coordination of timings; logistics/venues; paperwork/admin; communications/advertising, liaising with speakers; attendance and DNA logs; feedback; Medtribe bookings; attendance on the day to ensure smooth running or being point of contact; etc.

Coordinate student placements; place based placements, SPIN Fellowships, Work Experience/Interims and/or apprenticeships including identifying/supporting host practices; identifying supervisor/mentor; understanding any teaching/accommodation requirements; ensuring all necessary paperwork is understood and signed by all parties; effective and ongoing communication with all parties; ensuring tariff payments or bursarys are drawn down and invoiced for payment; keep accurate and up to date records; quarterly check ins and end of placement evaluations with all parties required; highlight complaints or concerns to Workforce Delivery Manager immediately Coordinate the sharing and advertising of information regarding any supervision opportunities inc.

SSSA; keep up to date logs of completed training; and where appropriate when renewal is required Management and reviewing of the training hub pages on TeamNet, ensuring all content is correct and up to date First point of contact for workforce on any Medtribe issues and liaising with the developers/providers to implement new features to be advertised and rolled out Keep accurate records and review with the TH Delivery Manager all check in data and action logs aligned with any students/mentors or supervisors and ongoing development course/portfolio roles, to identify red flags, quality concerns and opportunities to take forward.

Be aware of the local and national plans i.e., NHS Long Term Plan; NHS People Plan etc.

Review all paperwork against Care Certificate Competencies and issuing Care Certificates when approved Coordinate the running of Hillingdon Gems and all peer to peer support groups/forums, led by the training hub; Keep accurate and detailed information required for KPIs and reporting of programme initiatives Support with confederation internal projects when required Creation and distribution of appealing and informative communications including the TH confederation news page, training tracker and any additional training hub communications, Attend monthly training hub team meeting and any associated meetings required/deemed appropriate by the Head of Department at the Confederation or NWL Training Hub
