Our Northampton based client is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their existing HR team to support with the recruitment activities throughout the group in UK and Ireland.

This role would suit somebody who is either in an internal recruitment role and looking for a new challenge or an agency recruiter that is looking to move internally.

Day to day responsibilities:

Manage the existing recruitment process and make necessary changes to complement the existing process
Continue to develop working relationships with existing agency partners
Support hiring managers and stake holders with the selection of new team members throughout UK & Ireland
Some direct sourcing through internal efforts including traffic from their website and social media channels
Communicating with European Head Office with recruitment campaigns
Offering reporting, industry updates, competitor information to internal stakeholders
Support hiring managers with initial selection and first interview stages

Skills required:

Experience working in either inhouse or agency recruitment roles
Strong stakeholder management experience
Strong ability to influence and push for decision making
Experience of boolean or direct resourcing would be advantageous but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Ability to travel when required with some overnight stays throughout the year
