PMO Banking - Edinburgh - Operations


You will part of a banking Operations team supporting on core PMO duties as well as having a sharp eye on financial across Budgeting, forecasting and actuals on project financials as part of natural PMO duties.


Key functions will be:

  • Business Management: PMO Support to delivery teams covering items such cost management (forecasting, month end, purchase orders etc) and developing our working practices and principles for operational excellence
  • Project Governance: Support the project teams by owning and updating regular sponsor packs, tracking actions and updates, keeping on top of governance milestones (eg RAID and project plans) and ensuring that all project documentation is up to date and consistent
  • People & Capability: Resource management including tracking joiners, leavers and future demand, ensuring compliance activities are completed in a timely fashion and keeping all people data up to date
