We have an opportunity for an exprienced Producer to join us on Hollyoaks for a 6 month fixed term contract.

As Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the editorial and production process; from storylines through to rough cut viewings, working closely with the Series Producer, Script Editors and Production Managers to ensure maximum production value, within budget, always working to health and safety guidelines to deliver the high standard of editorial that Hollyoaks requires.

In the role of Producer, you will work in rotation with two other Producers.

You will share line management responsibility for the script and research teams, ensuring regular feedback with members of the team and supporting their development.

The role requires someone who can prioritise their workload in an everchanging environment, you will need to be visible on set, handling any issues that may arise, acting as a point of contact for cast, production and Directors for any issues or queries.

It is key that you keep abreast of research, legal and compliance issues, liaising with the relevant departments to ensure they're implemented in the scripts.

An important part of this role includes sourcing and working with new Directors and Writers.

The role is full of variety, it can be challenging but the scope, from story genesis through to delivery of final episodes means it is definitely rewarding.
