Job Details

Faculty / Institute / Department:

The Human Resources team (HR) works in partnership with departments and individuals across the University. Drawing on our professionalism, expertise and knowledge, our responsibilities range from staff empowerment to change facilitation.

The HR department also serves as project lead for three institution-wide equality charters projects: Athena SWAN, the Race Equality Charter, Disability Confident, and our soon-to-be launched LGBTQ+ Inclusion Project.

In everything we do, we champion a culture of positivity, inclusivity, and respect.
