We have an opportunity for a Broker Relationship Assistant to join our Distribution team at Tokio Marine Kiln.

You will report to the Group Head of Distribution and support the Distribution team in delivering the TMK Distribution Strategy and to play a key role in coordinating activity across TMK Strategic Broker and Key Partner relationships.

The role includes responsibilities such as the production and management of a Distribution activity tracker/meeting log, being actively involved in our pipeline management, as well as coordinating quarterly MI packs and product line strategic updates.

You will also be expected to coordinate the broker service scoring matrix, along with ad hoc strategic reports and annual strategic contract renewals for UC sign off.

In addition to this, the role also includes responsibilities such as arranging broker meetings and events, as well as delivering both ad hoc and strategic projects.

The role involves working closely with the Group Head of Distribution and Distribution Executives in delivering TMK Distribution priorities such as increasing the usage of/and structure around data and analytics, embedding the Distribution strategy into the TMK UW Departments and ensuring that all Distribution activity is aligned to the delivery of TMK business plan and/or long-term underwriting strategy.
