Fully Remote

Full time (Flexible working)

£60,000-£70,000


Capio Recruitment are working with a well-established, forward thinking boutique law firm, who are up and coming in the area, to recruit for a Fully Remote Family Solicitor.


This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is wanting to continue to develop their career within Family Law, have flexibility to work hours that suit you and work on a remote basis.

The Role:


  • Private Client work working within Family Finance and Child Law
  • Paralegal and Secretarial support in the department
  • Opportunity to join a growing firm who are on the watchlist for the Legal 500.
  • Advocacy work not essential
  • Running your own files independently
  • Mediation experience desirable
  • 5+ Years PQE
  • Ability to run own caseload and work with mínimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Adaptability to deal with sensitive matters
  • Family Finance background
