Description

We are recruiting for a People Intelligence Advisor who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.


You will work as part of the People Intelligence, Planning and Analytics Team - the team is responsible for all staffing data and reporting in the Trust as well as looking after ESR (the Trust's HR/Payroll system).


You will act as the main point of contact for all queries to the team and be responsible for the team inbox.


You will work with the Deputy PIPA Manager to support the systems administration of ESR and the production of the monthly/weekly reports.

You will also work on the data quality within the ESR system.

Support the Deputy PIPA manager with the running and collation of the monthly workforce KPI data taking data from ESR and analysing/formatting it in Excel.


Be responsible for the weekly PIPA reporting schedule ensuring all reports are downloaded, formatted/analysed in Excel and sent out on time.

Process the ESR leaver notification

Monitor data quality within the ESR system by auditing and correcting system data
