My client, a global law firm, is looking to secure the services of a Residential Property Paralegal to join them in their Liverpool office.


As the successful Residential Property Paralegal, you'll primarily be working with Partners and Associates in their Residential & Rural team which is based within their Private Client department.

You'll be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Arranging property searches via SearchFlow website
  • Drafting TR1s, RX1s and other Land Registry forms
  • Arranging Land Registry precompletion search
  • Preparing and submitting land transactions returns
  • Assisting with plot sales and providing cover on plot sale transactions
& many more.

To qualify for this position with the firm, you'll have the following experience/educational background:

  • At least six months prior experience within Residential Property or within Plot Sales
  • A completed LLB or GDL
  • Either completed, or be studying the LPC
