Description

We're a leading online reviews platform, free and open to all. Our mission is to be a universal symbol of trust. We are well on our way — but there's still an exciting journey ahead of us.

Do you want to join us at the heart of trust?
:

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our B2B team.

You will be a key member of a cross-functional product team, together with your Product Manager, engineers and other designers, and become a major contributor to that ongoing mission.

You'll assist us in making it radically easier for businesses to understand Trustpilot's offering, get to grips and adopt key features, and purchase the right package for them with ease and skill.

You will contribute to achieving this by designing entirely new product journeys and bringing them to launch, optimising existing funnels, and implementing growth initiatives and product thinking cross-functionally across Trustpilot.

You will be part of the Product Design & Research team for the product you work on, reporting to the Product Design Director, and together be responsible for delivering advanced design work.

You will also work with the wider user research, product design, and design system teams to create a stronger link between understanding user problems and business opportunities in product.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced designer to grow, learn and have an impact at a design-centric technology company.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work on exciting areas of product design (e.g. designing for trust, partner's integrations, client acquisition and onboarding, converting free clients to paying customers, pricing plans, etc )
  • Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, user researchers, UX writers, other designers, and stakeholders to define, design and deliver highquality products
  • Conduct research, gather and communicate insights that inform and support your design decisions
  • Proactively contribute to design initiatives that build out a coherent experience across user journeys
  • Contribute to creating and evolving user experience through proven Product Design skills, ideation, conceptualization, facilitation, testing and more.
  • Contributing and facilitating design critiques, and feedback sessions
  • Create wellcrafted iterative design proposals that communicate rationale, align with strategic goals and teams, and help to clarify scope

Who you are:

  • Product design experience working on broad and endtoend design projects, in a crossfunctional environment
  • Strong case studies displaying your craft and experience with relevant projects
  • A growth mindset and a willingness to own problems, an interest in building products, and a desire to make things better
  • The ability to conceptualise, work in low and high fidelity, deliver solid UI design & communicate your work and rationale
  • A good understanding of Service Design
  • Experience using Figma, Axure, Sketch or Adobe XD. We are using Figma but we are always trying new tools.
  • An appreciation of a truly agile and teamoriented approach to product development
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, both written and oral
  • It would be great if you have experience in B2B companies or selfservice products

We offer:

  • A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you
  • Competitive compensation package + bonus
  • 28 days holiday plus two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community
  • Rich learning and development opportunities supported through the Trustpilot Academy, LinkedIn Learning and Blinkist
  • Pension and life insurance
  • Health cash plan, online GP, 24/7 Employee Assistance Plan
  • Full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health
  • Paid parental leave
  • Season ticket loan and a cycle to work scheme
  • Central office location complete with all the snacks and refreshments you can ask for
  • Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including companywide celebrations and events, ERG activities and team socials
  • There is also breakfast and lunch in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays along with extra treats throughout the month
  • Access to over 4,000 deals and discounts on things like travel, electronics, fashion, fitness, cinema discounts and more.
