Description

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices on a daily basis
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparing payment runs

Profile


The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will have previously worked in a similar high volume role and be able to demonstrate good attention to detail.

Previous exposure to working in the Education sector is preferred but not essential. Ideally you will have good knowledge of using finance system.


It is essential that you are a strong communicator both verbal and written so you are able to deal with questions and queries effectively.


Job Offer


The salary for the successful Purchase Ledger Clerk is £25,000 - £28,000 dependant on previous exposure plus excellent benefits including an attractive pension and hybrid working.
