Description
We are recruiting for a Contract Administrator to assist with commercial legal matters.This includes reviewing and preparing of customer and third party contracts, promoting good sales order processing and governance to mitigate the risk of legal challenge.
This role is part time, 17.5 hours per week. Working days and times can be agreed as part of the interview process.What you will get up to day to day
- Negotiating contract terms with both internal and external entities
- Reviewing existing contracts and updating them
- Completing supplier review forms from customers
- Uploading relevant contracts to Docusign for signature
We are looking for someone who
- Is a highly motivated selfstarter who takes ownership, acts positively and proactively to make things happen
- Has a proven track record of developing successful stakeholder relationships
- Is able to succinctly articulate key messages in both spoken and written format
- Has high standards in terms of accuracy and attention to detail
- Is decisive and composed when in pressurised situations.
Some of the key responsibilities
- Drafting NDAs, Consultancy Agreements, Participation Agreements and Termination notices (based on templates)
- Maintaining the legal database
- Creating language standards for new contract documents or existing ones
- Identify risks in a timely manner, putting in place measures to mitigate, ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed
