An exciting opportunity has arisen for Receptionists to join our amazing team at our new care home, Jubilee House. A stunning purpose-built, all-inclusive luxury care home in Leamington Spa opening in MARCH 2023.


We would love to hear from passionate, enthusiastic, and compassionate individuals who excel at providing outstanding customer care to visitors and can build rapport quickly in a friendly, warm and professional manner, and who have a good level of administrative skills.


The key responsibilities of the receptionist role include providing outstanding customer care to every visitor or called to the home, representing the Company as the first point of contact to the home in a professional, friendly and warm manner, and providing general HR and Payroll administrative support to the and Home Manager.

Requirements:


  • Ideally previous experience in a receptionist or administrator role
  • Experience of working with HR and Payroll departments
  • Some knowledge of HR and Payroll processes
  • Robust IT skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate at different levels and to different audience
  • You must strongly identify with our three core values of Trust, Initiative and Responsibility
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
