I'm looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to join a very well established Managed Service Provider who specialise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.
Role Responsibilities;:
- Helping with Dynamics NAV & Dynamics 365 Business Central training, possibly set up and showing off the solution in mini demos
- Keeping your customers up to date with the latest updates and technologies
- Help with improving processes and any challenges that the customer may be facing using existing modules in Dynamics NAV & Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Introducing new tools and products, pushing forward any necessary changes
- Priority on understanding the customer needs and finding a way to help make the system work for them
- Coordinating change requests internally with our Projects Team
- Establishing dynamic working relationships with the internal Product Development Team to understand new updates and functionality
- Updating the CRM system
- Working with the internal Customer Care Coordinator to follow up feedback and facilitate any improvements
- Time and diary management
Role Requirements;:
- Excellent customer service skills

- The ability to work on your own and an approachable team player
- Hard working, flexible and objective
- Natural 'can do' attitude
- A minimum of 5 years Dynamics NAV experience
The salary for this position is £75-80,000 and they follow a hybrid-working model of 2-4 days per month in the office (Glasgow).
