I'm looking for a Customer Engagement Manager to join a very well established Managed Service Provider who specialise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.


Role Responsibilities;:


  • Helping with Dynamics NAV & Dynamics 365 Business Central training, possibly set up and showing off the solution in mini demos
  • Keeping your customers up to date with the latest updates and technologies
  • Help with improving processes and any challenges that the customer may be facing using existing modules in Dynamics NAV & Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Introducing new tools and products, pushing forward any necessary changes
  • Priority on understanding the customer needs and finding a way to help make the system work for them
  • Coordinating change requests internally with our Projects Team
  • Establishing dynamic working relationships with the internal Product Development Team to understand new updates and functionality
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Working with the internal Customer Care Coordinator to follow up feedback and facilitate any improvements
  • Time and diary management

The salary for this position is £75-80,000 and they follow a hybrid-working model of 2-4 days per month in the office (Glasgow).
