Delivery of citywide domestic property repairs, general upgrades to floors, walls, replacement doors internal and external, window upgrades, SHQS upgrade works such as Kitchens and Bathrooms and external repairs to ensure properties are to a compliant lettablestandard.

Working in a team with the ability to use own incitive to deliver efficient quality service. Good communication and people skills.

  • CSCS
  • Asbestos awareness
  • Health and safety awareness
  • Experience with construction sites
  • Experience working in Local Authority
  • Driving license preferred
