Monday - Friday (Full-time)

£25,000 - £27,000pa
Are you a Corporate and Banking Paralegal looking to secure your next new challenge within a well-respected Top 200 recognised Firm?


Our client, who are recognised as a Top 200 Firm, are seeking a proactive Corporate or Banking Paralegal on a full-time, permanent basis.

Offering the flexibility to work across both of Corporate and Banking disciplines and to gain experience of both, thisis an excellent opportunity to be involved with a variety of matters.

The Firm, who are recognised within the Legal Top 200, are advocates in forming excellent relationships with clients, contacts and others.

With a reputation for providing a top quality service, without over-complicating things (although legal issues maybe complex) and like to cut through the jargon and offer all of the services you would expect from a Law Firm - however it is how they put this into action that makes them distinctive.

The Firm prides themselves on their people, which is there strongest asset.

Even some of the most Senior members of staff are often involved in witty banter With modern offices in a central location and on-site parking available for employees.

Is this the position for you?

  • Exposure to ancillary documents on private company corporate transactions (documents lists, board minutes, due diligence reports, disclosure letters, stock transfer forms and completion bibles )
  • Knowledge of acquisition documents (e.g. share purchase and asset purchase agreements)
  • Ancillary documents on banking transactions desirable (including, but not limited to, CP lists, board minutes, shareholder resolutions, director's certificate)
  • Exposure to finance documents (e.g. loan agreements, security documents and intercreditor arrangements)
  • Company secretarial experience is desirable
  • Ability to develop contacts for the team and the firm.
  • Professional Legal Qualification or working towards
  • Flexibility to work outside usual business hours when required
  • Sound legal knowledge, drafting skills and experience
