An award-winning company that has been providing expert mortgage and protection led advice for over 20 years is looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join their team.

The team pride themselves on their level of customer service, which is reflected in the numberof repeat clients and the recommendations they secure.

In any given month, the Mortgage Advisors are each completing on 20-25 mortgages.

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will provide mortgage advice and related financial products to clients across the UK.

With a basic salary up to £30,000 and an excellent bonus structure, overall earnings are in the region of £60k - £80k (uncapped).

One of the many attractions associated with joining this business is the volume and quality of new business leads that are provided.

At current levels you can expect 10-15 leads a week through several channels including New Build Partnerships, Online enquiriesand an extensive Back Book which needs ongoing servicing.

With no need to self-generate any of your own business leads coupled with a dedicated support team; you can be assured that you will have the opportunity to generate significant earnings potential.

Operating out of high-quality business premises which are set within a parkland setting on the outskirts of Luton, this is a hybrid role, splitting your time between working from home and the office.

To be a successful Mortgage Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:

A full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
A track record of providing mortgage led advice within a mortgage broking environment.
A strong work ethic with a hunger to write good levels of compliant business.
