Royal Greenwich Integrated Commissioning are looking for a skilled and experienced leader to fulfil the role of Strategic Change Programme Lead (Community / Physical health and wellbeing services).


The Royal Borough of Greenwich Council and the South East London Integrated Care Board have come together to create an integrated approach to commissioning services within Greenwich Place, this postholder has a key role in implementing this new approach.

The postholder will be directly responsible for delivering programmes of change and redesign related to community services enabling good physical health and wellbeing across a range of portfolios, as well as a broad range of stakeholders, including within RBG, SEL ICB, voluntary and community organisations, market providers etc.

to develop shared understanding of funding bids and identify the roles and responsibilities of constituent partners.


Among other duties, the person will work at a senior level, manage political sensitivities and relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels; they will lead on engaging with external partners in the acute, primary and secondary care VCS and community sectors, foster and maintain excellent working relationships to develop project plans that will deliver the required impact and the transformational change across portfolios.

You will be a collaborative and empathetic leader able to convene partnerships and maintain long term relationships in an environment of growing complexity whilst meeting diverse resident needs in person centred ways.
