2fawcett are recruiting for a credit controller to work for an award-winning business based in Chesterfield.

The main requirement of this role will be chasing outstanding monies from customers whilst providing a high standard of customer service.


The Role & Responsibilities of the Credit Controller

  • Chasing outstanding payments from customers
  • Allocating payments to correct accounts
  • Keeping CRM up to date with accurate data
  • Identify potential for upsell opportunities
  • Help customers with technical assistance (training will be provided)
  • Producing reports for customers through CRM/Google Sheets as required

Requirements of the Credit controller

  • Previous experience in a collection / credit control role
  • Ability to work to targets and KPI's

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00 per year
