Description

Duties

Assist senior estate agents with property viewings, valuations, and negotiations.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties for listing.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as property listings, brochures, and online advertisements.
Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing appointment schedules and organising property viewings.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient property transactions from listing to closing.

Qualifications Required

GCSE or equivalent Maths & English (Grade A-C or 49) desirable

Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 15:30
