We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.


Duties:


  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities

Skills:


  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong selling skills to promote products and increase sales
  • Proficiency in English to communicate with a diverse customer base
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
  • Organizational skills to maintain a neat and orderly work environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £26,928.75 per year
