£9.90 per hour


  • Mileage 40p per mile for drivers
  • Mileage 15p per mile for cyclists
  • Parttime hours available
  • Fulltime hours available

Bonus schemes:

As a
Care Worker, we will agree on a working pattern on a week 1 and week 2 shift patterns, which includes:

  • Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday
  • Evenings as agreed within your working shift pattern
  • Early shift: 7:00 am 3:00 pm
  • Late shift: 3:00 pm 10:30 pm

Care & Support Worker role.

As a
Care & Support Worker in Didsbury and Chorlton**, you will provide care and support to meet individual personal care needs


You will:

  • Provide personal care that protects people's dignity.
  • Promote independence using enabling approaches.
  • Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
  • Connect people to their communities by accessing local support and services.
  • Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control.
  • Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting and sharing information with the right people at the right time.

Induction Training*:

You do not need care experience.

If you have the right values, we will provide you with the training you need to be an outstanding
Care & Support Worker.

As a
Care Worker, you will be provided with comprehensive induction training on:

  • Community wellbeing, individual wellbeing, and personal outcomes;
  • Fluids and nutrition;
  • Medication, moving and handling, basic life support and first aid;
  • Infection prevention and control, health, and safety;
  • Professional boundaries, confidentiality, equality, and diversity;
  • Safeguarding, mental health and capacity.
