A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Skilled Gardener who is truly passionate about plants and gardening to join our friendly maintenance team in Oxford.

You will be joining us in caring for the gardens we have created for high-level private clients and involved in planting on new projects.

The work covers all types of garden styles; wildlife friendly, cottage, kitchen, Japanese, contemporary, and country landscapes, all through out the year.

Ideally you will have a very good horticultural understanding, an eye for both fine detail and the big picture, with relevant garden and lawn care experience.

All uniform, tools, PPE and, safety training are provided, and company van is available to carry out the work. You will need to have a full UK driving licence, and living local to Oxford is essential.

Although you will already be a good gardener with great plant knowledge, we offer training and advancement with extra courses in specialised areas of gardening.

Starting Salary:
£21,000 - £25,000, dependent on knowledge, skills and experience.
