Qualifications
Job Responsibilities

Experience:

8 + years' experience in MOM
Project Management experience (Agile and Waterfall)
Lean Manufacturing experience
Automotive industry experience
Manufacturing experience (ideally in production, or process engineering, continuous improvement, logistics, maintenance)
Experience in Smart Factory solutions: by order of interest: (IT/OT integration, IOT, MES, smart automation, real time dashboards, analytics, AI/ML, wearables, 3D printing,...)

Hybrid
- up to 2 days on Client site in Northampton (There is some time needed on site for this project indeed as we have to audit/improve their organization and processes for one of the lots.)
