A Boutique property and land auction house based in Battersea, London seeks an Administration Assistant to play a pivotal role in a dynamic and growing business.
The company sells commercial and residential property as well using an online auction platform and specialise in fast pre and post auction sales.
Role Responsibilities
- Ordering office essentials
- Assisting with monthly auctions:
- Uploading stock to website
- Ensuring accurate input
- Registering bidders online
- Keeping internal databases uptodate
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
- Launching new stock onto portals such as:
- Rightmove
- OnTheMarket
- Zoopla
- Barney Website
- Ordering for sale boards/local advertisements
- Ordering professional photos
- Creating marketing brochures
- Assisting sales team with admin tasks
Key Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 years Administration experience working in a fast passed environment, marketing support desirable.
- Able to show initiative in your approach to work
- Be a team player, and able to work well alongside colleagues in a small, fast paced environment
- Experience in a real estate and property industry
