Description
I am looking for a Voids Supervisor to work for a large Housing Association in Coventry.

The Voids Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the voids team and carrying out pre and post inspections.

This role offers a hybrid working approach,split between home, office and site.


Voids Supervisor responsibilities:


  • Manage the delivery of void projects across social housing properties
  • Direct line management of trade operatives
  • Assist the maintenance operations manager in the effective management of all maintenance operations
  • Carry out pre and post inspections through to handover of properties

Voids Supervisor experience:


  • Working within or with social housing providers
  • Working in a management team
  • Good knowledge of health and safety legislations
