Your accountabilities -

To take advantage of our overwhelming opportunity and clear promotion targets to take your career to the next step
Ensuring you work to performance and promotion targets though our defined 'Flightpaths'
Create and develop a strong pipeline or roles
Mange processes with excellence to negotiate and close deals
Take responsibility for deliver against our Sales model which focusses on giving you the autonomy to Hack your own success
Most important be an incredible team member who wants to discover their potential and help others do just that with the right mindset and behavior

Skills and qualifications required

18 months + experience in a recruitment sector that's comparable
A thirst for knowledge and development
The right attitude and mentality
