The world's fastest-growing sports brand seeks for a passionate and hands-on Treasury expert to join our global finance team based in Zurich.

Working closely with colleagues across the globe, you will take full ownership of On's Treasury function, lead strategic projects, and implement new processes to support our global expansion.

You will oversee all aspects of treasury management, including cash management, liquidity, risk management, capital structure, banking relationships, and financial compliance.

Your Mission:

Treasury strategy: Review, develop and execute On's Treasury policy and target operating model aligned with financial objectives, ensuring optimal cash flows, liquidity management, net working capital management, and risk mitigation
Cash flow and liquidity management: Oversee global cash management operations, including forecasting, liquidity management, cash flow optimization, and reporting. Ensure timely and sufficient liquidity to meet operational and investment requirements
Risk management: Identify and manage financial risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange, counterparty, and credit risks. Implement hedging strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with risk management policies
Banking relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial partners wherever we do business in close alignment with local finance teams. Monitor and ensure favorable terms for banking services, credit facilities, bank guarantees, and any other treasuryrelated transactions
Treasury systems and technology: Evaluate, implement, and maintain treasury systems and technology platforms to support efficient treasury operations, cash forecasting, risk management, and reporting.
Capital structure management: Contribute to the assessment and optimization of On's capital structure to achieve an adequate balance between debt and equity financing to ensure sustainable future growth
Functional leadership: Build and lead a highperforming treasury team by fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes innovation, efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement

Your story:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with an advanced degree and further professional qualifications in Treasury
At least 5 years of proven experience in treasury management in a global company or multinational organization with a strong focus on cash and liquidity management, FX/IR exposure management, cash pool structures, and funding (internal/external)
Indepth knowledge of treasury functions, financial instruments, cash management, risk management, and capital markets.
Strong understanding of global financial regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting principles (IFRS)
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in complex financial environments
High IT affinity, indepth Treasury Management System knowledge, and strong track record in project management, managing diverse teams
Recognized as a strong team player and appreciated for collaboration and business partnering skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluency in English
