Construction Solicitor Non-contentious London Silver Circle 6+ PQE Silver Circle firm - ranked Tier 1 in the legal directories for over 14 years - are seeking a highly ambitious non-contentious Construction Solicitor at Senior Associate level to join theirCommercial Construction team based in London.

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:

  • Draft and negotiateon a wide range of construction documents.
  • Act as the main point of contact for a number of clients.
  • Deliver high standards of work, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed.
  • Delegate work as appropriate to junior members of the team.
  • Contribute to group pitches and the publication of articles.
  • Contribute to team training and know how.
  • Draft and negotiate a number of contracts across various suites of standard forms, including JCT and NEC.
  • Draft and negotiate bespoke consultantappointments.
  • Advise in connection with agreements for lease.
  • Advise in connection with the construction aspects of facility agreements.
  • Advise in connection with the construction aspects of corporate SPAs.
