Responsibilities:_
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
- Provide support and guidance to the student with special needs
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for the student
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and provide feedback to parent
- Assist with daily routines and transitions
Requirements:_
- Previous experience working with children, particularly secondary students, is preferred
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies is a plus (ASD with PDA)
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
