We are working with a creative branding design agency based in the South West, who are now looking to increase the capacity of their Finance function by bringing on a new Finance Manager.

This is a crucial hire for the business as they expand and grow theirreach, this success so far has been achieved through working with some of the most exciting FMCG and new challenger brands in the UK.

What you'll be doing

Play a leading role in providing the business with strategic & financial guidance
Work closely with the Client Procurement team to ensure delivery of best financial service
Take the lead in day to day finance operations while leading a small finance team
Involved in running the finance aspects of HR & Payrolls to ensure smooth operation
Work closely with company directors to ensure business growth and development

What you'll need

At least 5+ years' experience within finance, possessing a strong knowledge of accounts
A good understanding of
Xero accounting software
A good understanding of
Synergist project management software
Commercially savvy and the ability to give
strategic & financial advice
A passion for finance
