General Admin
Soft Debt collection
The ability to deal with numerous different software's e.g., Microsoft, Slack and Zendesk
Flexibility to assist with Manager Requests which may be different to the typical day to day jobs listed above
They will have the knowledge and capacity to learn complex software
A can do attitude, happy to get stuck in and help out colleagues in a close knit team
Knowledge of MS Office, including excel
Outstanding telephone manner
