Part-Time Admin Assistant
Location:
Leeds
Part-time (9 till 1 everyday)
Bell Cornwall recruitment has an exciting opportunity
One of our clients is a Professional Consultancy and they are looking to hire an eager individual to progress their Career in Administration.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Answering the phones in a professional manner
- Directing any calls to the appropriate person or taking detailed messages when required
- Logging of payments and disbursements, billings and potentially some credit control
- Electronic filing of documents
- Communicating with other members of staff and external suppliers
- Data entry, assistance in maintaining spreadsheets and internal databases
Ideally have:
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, from inputting data to taking messages from clients
- Exceptional organisational skills, ability to juggle and prioritise multiple tasks
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Exceptional and professional telephone manner
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Good IT skills, with a focus on Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
- Strong initiative and proactive attitude, happy and willing to pick up any tasks they may be given
