Description
Overall day to day management and control of a fast growing and successful estate agency business.

Planning and leading the operations of the estate agency and lettings teams to ensure optimum productivity, efficiency and profit generation throughout thecompany.

Package

*OTE £100k plus (£60,000.00 GBP basic salary with performance bonuses).

*Equity share (2% each year over 5 years).


Responsibilities:

*Achieve enhanced profitability and meet budgets through regular monthly reporting on the P&L.

*Management and control of all staff and working closely with the Branch Managers and other Department Heads to hit objectives.

*Expand the branch network from 3 branches to 5 over the next 3 years.

*Enable teams to deliver and exceed targets, income and business retention by managing all staff and maintaining and recording regular performance meetings to ensure staff hit their measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

*Lead and motivate staff to deliver their core values at all times.

*Ensure teams provide excellent customer service.

*Develop talent pool and offer and provide relevant coaching and training to ensure staff retention and development.

*Create efficiency and monitor costs in all areas of operation whilst maintaining high standards of service.

*Manage schedules and deadlines

*Communication - Carry out and record monthly Manager's meetings and staff 1 to 1's.

*Compliance - Ensure all relevant legislation, company policies and procedures are adhered to, maintained and monitored.

*Human Resources - Handle all matters relating to HR in tandem with our HR support department.

*Complaints - Empower staff to resolve complaints and provide final resolution where necessary.


These duties are not exhaustive and may be reasonably amended from time to time at the discretion of the company.

*Experience at a senior management / director / owner level in the real estate business and experience of setting up and running a real estate business and new branch locations.

*Proven track record of delivering and exceeding targets in the areas specified.

*Strong work ethic, can-do attitude and a passion for exceeding expectations.

*Ability to handle several projects at once and prioritise meeting targets.

*Be articulate and well-spoken and able to produce accurate work.

*Thorough understanding of lettings and estate agency industry legislation.

*An analytical mind with an eye for detail and good problem-solving skills.

*A team player with exceptional management, leadership and organisation skills.

*The ability to embrace change and grow with a highly successful and growth business.
