Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a compelling vision and strategic plan for the school's continued success.

Educational Excellence: Promote a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.

Community Engagement: Build and strengthen relationships with parents, the local community, and key stakeholders.

Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a dedicated team of educators, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Governance: Work closely with the Board of Governors to ensure effective governance and compliance with statutory requirements.

Financial Management: Oversee the school's budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial sustainability.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Hold a recognized teaching qualification and relevant leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of educators.
  • Strong understanding of current educational trends, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
