Healthcare Assistant - Paediatric unit

Location:
The Portland Hospital, Great Portland Street, London

Hours:
Full time (37.5hrs pw)

Monday - Sunday to include long days, nights and weekends Salary:
Competitive dependent on experience & skills + 9% shift allowance + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)

Job Summary:

A unique opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant ideally with previous Paediatric experience, to join an excellent department delivering care variety of patients, at The Portland Hospital.

The role will involve working with Nurses, Consultants and other Healthcare professionals.

You will also be expected to carry out a range of key administrative tasks, stock control, rotation of stock and liaising with the stock materials team.

Helping with patient's personal cares and needs.

Skills & Experience:

Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a Paediatric department
Excellent customer care skills
Good time management skills
Ability to work well as a team with staff at all levels
Excellent team working
