On behalf of our client, an International Bank based in London, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in London on a permanent basis.


Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
  • Assisting with HR functions, including maintaining personnel files, processing payroll, and coordinating employee benefits
  • Assisting with special projects as needed, such as organising events or preparing presentations
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Levels or equivalent required; degree in business or finance preferred
years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
