On behalf of our client, an International Bank based in London, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in London on a permanent basis.
Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts, including processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports
- Assisting with HR functions, including maintaining personnel files, processing payroll, and coordinating employee benefits
- Assisting with special projects as needed, such as organising events or preparing presentations
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Levels or equivalent required; degree in business or finance preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
