Basic up to £35,000 DOE- £60,000 - £70,000 OTE

Responsibilities for the Senior Recruitment Consultant.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools
  • Employ creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Facilitate smooth and efficient recruitment processes, including coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and negotiating offers.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the education sector
