We are seeking someone to work in a busy finance department collecting payment from students, commercial and domestic clients. Prior skill and knowledge in credit control procedures and good cash collection practices is required. Experience in the Education sector is desirable but not essential. Applicants must be numerically proficient with good negotiating skills to collect payment in line with university regulations. A broad knowledge of IT is essential.


You must be able to navigate difficult conversations, remain professional and calm when under pressure and build a rapport with people.
