Role:
Senior Analyst

Location:
Leeds (one day per week on-site)

Duration: 6 months

Rate:
£400.00

Status:
Inside IR35

To excel in this role, you'll have a core background of delivering services in an ITIL structured IT environment.

Supporting the Cyber Security Manager, you'll have strong relationship management skills and the ability to prioritise dynamic workload; extensiveoperations experience; a passion for customer service excellence and have measured and improved Service Delivery.

Main skills and experience include:

Experience in Change Management
A background working within operations
Understanding of TRM processes including incident management
Align to ITIL service management standard methodology and drive implementation of a standardised model
Monitor & track KPI's\OKR's across Colleague IAM Lab to support and implements service improvements
Analyse live dashboards to enable speedy identification of issues in live service and enable the recovery of failing services
