Description

As a Sales and events coordinator, your role will be to develop strategic business engagement and improvement initiatives for Soul bowl, Jump rush and Johnny's You will be responsible for developing sales, target setting, building and maintaining key customer and client relationships engaging in short, medium and long term business planning.


You will be tasked with negotiating and closing business deals through active selling and networking, while keeping an up to date extensive knowledge of current market conditions, events and business opportunities, optimising profitability.

You are expected to work alongside the all the sites management team to ensure you maintain clear communication at all times, that site specific operational plans are followed and that manager expectations are met.


  • Ensure all customer requests and enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and businesslike manner.
  • Generate new buisness and meet targets as set by management.
  • Greet scheduled visitors and show to appropriate area or person.
  • Maintenance of all department databases.
  • Assist with the coordination of hospitality events.
  • Conduct Market research/telesales campaigns as required.
  • Compile sales packs
  • Meet specific sales targets set by management.
  • Compile relevant weekly/monthly meeting and reports for the operations manager.
  • Producing sales and customer feedback report
  • Ensuring all events are well communicated to teams.
  • Communicating with all Managers with uptodate bookings and events
  • Keeping in touch with local competitor sales activity and utilising this information to create strategies accordingly

To be successful, we would like to see:

  • Relevant sales and events experience
  • Passion and understanding of UK leisure or hospitality
  • Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Proven ability to be selfstarting; working on own initiative
  • Great organisational skills

Salary:
£21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
