Commercial Claims Manager

Location - Wakefield

£30,000 to £35,000 per annum - Flexible home working 2 days a week plus additional benefits available


Our client, an extremely well-established, award-winning commercial insurance broker is seeking a Commercial Claims Manager to join their team due to the continued expansion of the business.

Working in a stand-alone role, you will be responsible for managing all claims on a 'cradle to grave' basis.

Ensuring the client is provided with a first class service, maintaining regular contact and keeping them fully updated at all stages of their claim.

On a day to day basis you will be liaising with clients, insurers and adjusters with the aim of bringing the claim to as swift and successful conclusion as is possible on behalf of the client.

Required experience:


  • Experience in handling commercial insurance claims.
  • The ability to build relationships both with clients and insurers/adjusters.
  • Strong organisation and diary management skills.
