Meraki Talent are looking for customer focused team players for a Client Services opportunity within the heart of Edinburgh's Financial Services district.

You will be responsible for offering support to existing customers via telephone and webchat, ensuring a first class customer experience.

Duties will include;

Liaising with customers via telephone
Guiding customers through webchat and other digital support platforms
Assisting customers with enquiries
Offering assistance, to solve problems

Applicants should be customer focused, and be comfortable in communicating with customers via telephone and webchat. Additionally, applicants should have an understanding of digital platforms, to assist customers.

This is a varied role, which will require applicants to plan a busy workload, prioritise tasks and ensure inhouse systems are updated with accurate customer data.

Initially 6 months

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, and this is office based.
