Working with our Client - a Global Group - with its Head Office based in Greater Manchester we are looking to appoint a Finance Systems - Business Partner.


One of the key elements of the role will be the day to day management of Finance Systems - the improvement and enhancement of these Systems whilst working with the Finance team across a range of Finance entities.

  • Hybrid after an initial Probation period

THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE SYSTEMS - BUSINESS PARTNER
The Finance Systems - Business Partner will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the management, improvement, and integrity of the various Finance systems
  • Development of the business reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with finance team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of monthend and yearend closing processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Perform reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of financial reporting processes with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in accounting and finance.
  • Provide adhoc financial analysis and support as required by management.
  • Working with the business to decide on improved system requirements, and the implementation including Project Management of these systems

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial reporting and systems management
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with systems implementation and upgrades.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
  • Project management and leadership experience

Salary:
£60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
