Description
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Liaising with supervisors to manage workload
- Provision of excellent client service
- To develop relationships with clients
- Liaison with and attendance on clients
- Liaison with Counsel and experts
- Flexibly assisting other members of the team and the organisation
- Understanding and contributing to the team's objectives
- To develop knowledge and broaden experience
- Demonstrate the experience and knowledge to deliver good quality legal advice Promote the values of the firm both internally and externally
Essential skills:
- Experience of handling a busy caseload with mínimal supervision
- 05 Year PQE of advising and representing clients on a range of agricultural property litigation matters
- Possess and eye for detail and work accurately under pressure
- Excellent IT skills
- Good client management skills
- Able to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines
- Possess a thorough understanding of Landlord & Tenant, Real Estate Law, Property Contract Law and Professional Negligence
- Knowledge of SOS case management software is an advantage
