Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed and motivated individual to join our team as a part time Visitor Services Assistant.


Our team is responsible for welcoming all visitors to the Library and for providing a range of first class visitor services in the reading rooms, visitor centre and at reception desks.

As a member of our team you will be responsible for delivering a 5* service to our visitors at point of contact.

The Visitor Services team operate 6 days per week Monday-Saturday.

Interviews will be held on Monday 12 June 2023 via MS Teams.
